the verb " to have" " 3nd "

The verb   « to have » « 3nd »  in the present tense.

I have	3ndi	عندي
You have (sing)	3ndk	عندك
He has	3ndu	عندو
She has	3ndha/3nda	عندها. عندَ
you have (plu)	3ndkum	عندكم
they have	3ndhum	عندهم
We have	3ndna	عندنا

Example :

-3ndi fikta !  i have an idea !

- Wash 3ndk shi fikra ? do you have any idea ?

-karima 3ndha fikra wa3ra .  karima has a perfect idea.

-Ahmed 3ndu fikra. Ahmed has an idea.

- Shuf, 3ndna  fikra. Look, we have an idea.

-Wash 3ndkum shi fikra ? do you have any idea ?

-wash 3ndhum shi 3tirad ?. Do they have any objection ?

Notice/ almost every word in darija has several meanings, so, you have to know in which context the native speaker used it.

-dangerous situation

 -3ndk !! means pay attention or be careful.

-affirmation situation

 -3ndk tnsa means don’t forget.

-3ndk tkhlli l’bab meftu7 means be sure to close the door.

-Family situation

 -3ndk twskh 7wayjk a weldi ! means keep your clothes clean my son.

-asking about age.

a) Sh7el 3ndu f 3omru ? how old is he ?

B) 3ndu khms snin. He is 5 yeas old.
